How do you get the most out of your day?
But probing this question further, why do we want to get the most out of each day? Is it only so we could have more energy for the succeeding days until the weekend comes along?
It’s easy to get caught up in everyday challenges both at work and at home that we sometimes fail to see that we have a whole year right in front of us.
We have to be cognizant of our energy and have a mindset that 2022 is a marathon and not a sprint. There’s a long way to go with many more internal and external challenges ahead of us.
So how do we optimise all our time, energy and effort to get everything done and increase both our performance and energy levels everyday consistently?
First is clarity, next is identifying “time bandits and energy vampires”, and lastly it’s about dialing in what we need to achieve.
