Just a reflection as I am in the middle of nature on this little bit of connection tied to take time out to get clarity and everything else like that, then kind of bring that back into everyday life and the work that I do, etc. And one of the key things that I wanted to talk about and it’s key for if you want to make a change in your life. I actually think that is the number one thing, and it is actually commitment.
How committed are you to making the change? And if you’re committed, then it’s a non-negotiable commitment. Nothing is going to stop you. If you tell yourself, “I’m going to make a change and I’m going to do something about it.” If you have that determination, I’ll tell you right now, it will happen. It just fundamentally will happen for you.
And to be honest, my commitment to this was challenged in the way that I’ve got a problem at the moment, I’ve done some blood tests and I know that it’s a liver problem. And here I am in the middle of nowhere, and I am not really not feeling good and thinking that I needed to get out and get to hospital but that is what commitment is like.
I told myself this is right, and I did a number of things to look after myself and do the right thing, and I just had that thought about that commitment. It’s a non-negotiable that I need to be here right now doing this and this is a test for me. And I was supported by other people that was here which was great.
It’s just that fundamental thing about commitment so if you want to make a change, if you want to do something. The number one thing to look at is commitment if you’re committed, I will help you, you know you will you will achieve it if you need my support to do that, then great if you need support from anyone else, then go get it, but when you’re committed, you can make that change so How committed are you to the thing that you want.
