What is a Vision Quest, and why would you do it?

In a few weeks I’m going away for 4 days into nature with absolutely nothing…

A Vision Quest is an indigenous ritual for an individual to go into nature for solitude to gain insight, truth and a fresh perspective on their vision.

It’s an opportunity to strip away all the craziness of our busy lives and actually have stillness and silence, from this place we really get to hear our own truth.

This sounds like a great opportunity, but in reality it also means four days and four nights on your own in nature with nothing including no food!
