How to start with a mindset to achieve – I just want to give you a bit of a reflection, an insight for me this week that I felt for myself personally but then also for the people around me, what I was seeing from them, it’s simply this: that if you actually want to achieve anything that’s important to you and that’s in your life, in your work, in your business, for your health, whatever then what you’ve got do is you’ve got to be in the right mindset.
And I know people talk about this all the time but it’s so true and there was a moment for me this week where I kind of felt like “oh my God, I’ve got so much to do.” But that’s my choice to think like that. I could’ve been thinking, “oh great I’ve got all these things to do which I’m passionate about and I am passionate about it,” it’s just at that moment I didn’t have my head space in the right place.
In those moments you’ve got to do whatever you need to do to get yourself in the right frame of mind and people call it getting yourself in the right vibration, getting yourself in the right groove, whatever word that you want you want to feel that alignment with yourself and that happiness with yourself and having that clarity of thought.
You need to do whatever you need to do, if that’s go for a run. If that’s go for a coffee or for me for instance, we just spent more time as a family together. We surrendered to it and said this is what it’s all about. Let’s have some real quality family time and then get ourselves in the right mindset and then we can focus on the things that’s important to us.
And then when we get to those things that are important that you know you need to do, you come with such clarity and purpose that you get them done so quickly and effectively, and also as you’re doing them you do them far better than you ever thought possible as well. So that’s my top tip for today. Hopefully you find that helpful.
